T. Jason Bannister, P.E., MBA, the firm's founder and President, holds a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Auburn University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Arlington. Jason's projects have included site civil engineering, roadway design, drainage design, water and sanitary sewer design, commercial and industrial site planning, residential lotting plans, rezoning, platting coordination, storm water pollution prevention plans, traffic control plans, and municipal master planning.

Jeff Linder, RLA, LEED-AP, the firm's Vice President, holds a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from Texas A&M University. Jeff has provided expertise on hundreds of projects including land use planning, commercial and industrial site planning, residential lotting plans, rezoning, thoroughfare alignment studies, park master plans, streetscaping, and landscape architecture.
